Booking terms verified by the owner.
Verified stay rules
- Minimum stay: 7 consecutive nights.
- Maximum of 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child, with a cot available for an infant.
- Pets are not allowed.
- An enquiry does not hold dates or confirm a booking. It remains pending until the owner approves it and payment is received. The owner will check availability and, after approval, send a secure payment link.
Complete terms
By submitting the enquiry form you acknowledge that this is a booking request subject to manual review by the owner of Oceanfront Loft in El Médano, who will check real availability before accepting it; the calendar shown on the website is indicative only and does not guarantee availability. The property has a seven-night minimum stay, a maximum capacity of three guests (two adults and one child), does not allow pets, and offers one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a cot available on request for an infant. If the owner approves your request, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link by email; the booking is only confirmed once payment is completed successfully on that page, and this website never asks for or stores your card details.
Cancellation policy
No charge is made while your request is pending review. Once the booking is confirmed by paying the Stripe link, cancellation is free up to 30 calendar days before arrival; between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid is retained; from 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the amount is non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested in writing to estrellam@loftmedano.com, quoting your request reference; any refund due is processed through Stripe within 14 calendar days.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular the tourism regulation of the Canary Islands applicable to holiday homes, and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the protection of consumers and users. For any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with the owner, and without prejudice to the mandatory venue rights that consumers have under applicable law, both parties submit to the courts of Granadilla de Abona or Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
