The minimum stay is 7 consecutive nights.
How many guests can stay?
The maximum capacity is 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child, with a cot available for an infant.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
There is one double bed, one 1.80 × 0.90 m single bed and a cot for the baby.
Does an enquiry reserve the dates?
No. An enquiry remains pending, does not hold dates and does not confirm a booking.
When is payment made?
The owner reviews the enquiry first. If approved, the owner sends a secure payment link. The stay is confirmed after payment and explicit confirmation.
Where exactly is the property?
It is on the beachfront in El Médano. The exact address and access details are shared after the stay is confirmed.
