José Miguel Galván Bello, 4, Apto. 15, 38612 El Médano, Granadilla de Abona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is the controller of the personal data you submit through the Oceanfront Loft in El Médano enquiry form (name, email, phone, country, dates, number of guests, and message). This data is processed to manage your booking request, respond to you, and comply with mandatory guest-registration and tax obligations, based on the consent you give when submitting the form and on the pre-contractual steps needed to manage your possible stay. Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required; the RentalBeam availability calendar is shown without passing it your personal data, and payment, if your request is approved, is completed directly on Stripe's secure hosted page, which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy and which this site never receives or stores. We keep your data for as long as needed to manage your request or stay, and afterwards for the legal retention periods required for tax and guest-registration purposes. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to estrellam@loftmedano.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
